Coco pith
Coco pith is an alternative to conventional peat. In production, the waste from coir fiber is washed, treated, dried, and graded. The high water retention and increased air porosity of coco pith makes it an excellent growing media for a range of crops. It has a natural pH range of 5.5-6.8 which helps with nutrient availability and has a high CEC. We press 650gr, 1, 5 kg blocks and 200lt bales both palletised and bulk loaded. 5kg equals 70lt+ at 100% coco pith.

We ensure strict monitoring during the washing process to ensure cations K and Na are reduced. A sample from all orders are sent for an independent BaClâ‚‚ extraction test to measure exchangeable cations Ca, Mg, K and Na. The results are shared with the grower before delivery.
